    Duane has over 30 years of trade experience. Duane Erb Construction Inc. was formed as a corporation in 1992.

    We utilize an easy-to-use project management software to aid in project changes, communication, costs, schedule and record-keeping, ensuring you are always kept up-to-date on project costs and details.

    Consultation
    Once you’ve requested an initial consultation, Duane visits your home or business location. He listens, reviews your completed planning guide, makes recommendations and discusses design concepts—always with an understanding view of your vision and budget.

    Initial Proposal
    Steve, along with Darren, works closely with you to shape a clear plan and proposal. They bring expertise, clarity and patience—as well as a knowledge of materials and components—to a process that can sometimes involve overwhelming choices and decisions.

    Finalization
    Working from initial discussions, final drawings are prepared, specification lists are finalized, and a firm price proposal is presented. Quotes are e-mailed, or appointments are arranged for review, giving opportunity for further clarification and discussion as needed while the proposal is finalized.

    Construction
    As the project moves forward from planning to actual construction, communication is a vital link in bringing your project to completion. Part of our strategy for keeping this process as straight-forward as possible is our implementation of BuilderTrend software. We know our clients are on the go, and this intuitive app (usable on your phone, tablet or computer) provides a perfect interface for work order alterations, price changes, communication, schedule and more. Obviously, while we welcome innovative solutions like BuilderTrend and think you’ll love it too, on-site discussion and review remains irreplaceable.
